Shipping

Delivery time for some stock may be longer, depending on shipping situation and stock availability. Feel free to check with our staff.

We will ship your order to the address provided by you during the checkout process. We are not responsible for any delays or damage caused during shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refunds

Important Notice for U.S. Customers

Starting August 29, 2025, the United States government has suspended the de minimis duty exemption for low-value goods. As a result, all international shipments containing merchandise sent to the U.S. may now be subject to import duties and taxes, regardless of the declared value.

Please note:
• All orders shipped to the U.S. from our store will be sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).
• This means that any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees will be the responsibility of the recipient (customer) upon delivery.
• Shipping carrier(FedEx, etc.) may contact you directly to arrange payment before releasing the package.

We recommend U.S. customers to be aware of these changes before placing an order. This policy change is beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding.
